Risk Analysis and Weather Evaluation
Risk Analysis and Weather Evaluation Report
Whilst producing a movie of this level, there's 'n' number of things that go wrong. And as the Director of the movie, I had to keep my eyes open and be proactively react to them.
Weather:I checked the weather report for the days I had to shoot, and the weather was clear. It was raining, but in the night, so it didn't matter
In case the weather changed suddenly, I advised the crew to bring along an extra layer of heat. I wore my gloves throughout as well to maintain my body temperature.
Permission to Shoot: Well, we're not shooting in any private locations or property, nor are we shooting someone without consent. Only for scene 2, I have taken permission for higher authority, as our shooting was previously disrupted by an individual, because of whom we had to cancel our shooting. But then I took permission and we shot comfortably.
Equipment Damage: Some shots were taken from high ground, where the equipment, including the tripod and mobile phone were in a risky position. But I took care of that, and managed it successfully Alhamdulillah!
Time management: As 3 of our scenes were shot in the same day, we had to be quick and we had to fast. So that's what we did exactly.
As I mentioned before, my approach was extremely proactive, and I had extensively laid down everything so that the chances of error were minimum, here's a look at the time management chart I also made and sent to all crew members so that they could adhere to it as well.
Overall, things went very smoothly, and problems didn't occur much.
