As they say

"Failing to plan is planning to fail"

For the the content, we looked around in our surroundings, and analyzed what is wrong in our society. We found out that our society is in a health pandemic. The number of sick people, physically and/or mentally, are increasing.

On deeper research, we referred to a scientific study where it showed that living in urban cities lead to a decrease in mental health fitness.

This was quite shocking to us, and sad at the same time. To see this atrocity being carried out at a large scale is very devastating. 

So we went to a farmhouse in a village near Islamabad and shot this short video which shows a nature. The video also conveys the importance of  environment . Shot in a truly naturistic place, it conveys the emotions and energy that is experienced in nature..
